Nickel Plate add on

Does it come with sessions or just the route and content? I am kind of disappointed that MWG3.0 didn't have any sessions and in case I am using the wrong terminology by session I mean train orders to go to X and deliver goods to Y.

If that's the Nickel Plate Road paywareaddon available from Simulator Central, I believe it's just a locomotive + wagon/carriage pack.

Glad I posted this, I added this to my cart several times but then deleted it. If it is just consists than I'll pass. Thanks for the feedback.

***Ok, watched the video and the loco is gorgeous, incredible detail. Couple of questions: was the stuttering in the video my internet or your tainz? Second: is the table top for your layout done in blender, you are the second person I have seen with a table top layout***

Hi Chris --

"Ok, watched the video and the loco is gorgeous, incredible detail."

It is gorgeous, no doubt about that.

"Couple of questions: was the stuttering in the video my internet or your tainz?"

It's what I get in TS12 + SP1 + Hot Fixes. It's not the fault of the locomotive, it's more the deficiencies of the game engine running on my PC. If I could get the locomotive into the plain unpatched TS12 (which is my preferred TS12 version) it would be much smoother without all those little stutters. But I cant get it into the unpatched TS12.

"Second: is the table top for your layout done in blender, you are the second person I have seen with a table top layout."

Nope. It's the latest Trainz "craze", all done with dig holes and a collection of assets from the download station. There is an extensive thread, at 51 pages now, about how to make Model Trainz here:

http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?109038-Model-Railroadz

And more details about the route shown in the video here:

http://forums.auran.com/trainz/show...er-Railway-Co-quot-layout&highlight=deepwater

If switching routes interest you, you might like to download the route and sessions. The route itself uses only built-in and Download Station assets. But make sure you see the description under the thumbnails of the sessions for any external downloads that may be required. You will find direct links.

That 51 page thread has a lot of posts, quickly went through them but didn't see a firm "how to", guess I will have to read all those pages. I see a lot of people saying to wait for the K&L loco over Auran, have you ever seen a K&L loco?
