My career change necessitated a mid-life switch from PC to my first ever Mac computer. I'm trying to install Trainz 19 on the new machine, but when I click to download the MAC installer, all I get is a page full of random letters, numbers, etc.
Please understand that I am totally new to the MAC operating environment, so I'm probably missing something that should be obvious to me, but I don't know where to go next.
If it matters the new machine is a Mac Mini M1 with 16 gb RAM.
