I have a new computer running vista home premium.
I loaded my trainz 2006 and it runs OK.
When I open Content manager, I get the error message "Unable to register Trainz URL registry key".
If I ignore it Content Manager loads.
My problem however comes when I try to commit a download. The Trainz screen comes up with that cog wheel in the corner. The screen then freezes and knowing that the content needs to rebuild, I left it over night, but it was still frozen there in the morning. The only way that I can get out of it is the "three fingered shuffle" (control/alt/delete) opening the task manager and stopping the content manager, whereupon Trainz loads but without the new content.
This is particularly annoying as I spent ages copying the "local" folder into my new install of trainz on the new computer, but it will not "commit" in Content manager.
Anyone got any suggestions?
