nene valley photos

I am building a route from northampton to wellingborough from the 1960's on the old nene valley railway and finding it difficult to get photos of that period so if anybody has any or know any sites relating to it, i would be grateful. The only site I've seen is 'disused stations' so far.

The long since out of print book "East Midlands Branch Line Album" by Anthony J Lambert has a few photos in it.

If you are local to the area your best bid is to visit the Library and they'll normally carry a collection of 25" OS maps for about the 1940's which allow you to produce very accurate track layouts.

Holy Crap!!!! That book was written by Christopher Awdry!? Well, kinda weird because, well, Christopher is currently the author of the Railway Series books.
