need win7 64b usb driver for samsung note 10.1

This is the first time i cannot find and solve a nasty problem that puzzles me enormous.
When i bought my note 10.1 samsung very nice and seemless connect to anything incl the usb thetering with the pc win 8 64b till 1 week ago i think. No more usb wino not reckon anymore nor can i find the correct driver.
So today installed win7 thinkjng this solves the problem only adds to it, same trouble no driver that works.
Question anyone that experienced same trouble and found the correct driver and is wilking to share with me, much obliged.
The note10.1 samsung galaxy works perfcect with tv,phone and recently also the pc but stuck in the mud.

Hope for a speedy solution, thanks a lot.

try microsoft updates (not windows) with the phone (not a phone is it, duh) connected, meanwhile I'll have a root round.

Thanks fran1 for the prompt help. I did try them but to no vail. What i discovered was this morning that the drivers are all updated on ipad,samsung,pc as should be but that an error now showed up telling me there is a hardware problem and OMG checking my samsung phone to the pc the usb worked so confirmed my suspicion now the cable is damaged!! That explained why sudden the usb thether not show up anymore and explains also now when I wiggle the cable close to the connection socket on the samsung side I see the pc connection stsrt multiple times to wake up and try to connect which indicates 100% the cable has been damaged at the connector, charging works normal.
Toke me 2 days and win7 install to find out, man I feel quiet stupid I did not see that coming much earlier.
