Need some help with making a horn in TS12

Hey guys!

I am learning how to make a hornsound and I use a "horn" file, "horn_loop" file, and a "horn_start" file. And I have noticed that trainz will only read the "horn" file because when I delete the "horn" file the horn doesnt even blow. All of the files are saved as mono and they all are wave files. So i cant figure out what to do.

Any help would be great!

While I don't know about horn files in particular, your reasoning seems faulty. It's likely the other two files are used for parameters. I suggest downloading an existing file to familiarize yourself with the construction.
