S shaneturner12 Tutorial Creator Dec 11, 2012 #4 You will need to contact Helpdesk then, as the TS2009 station stop (which would indicate a registered version) is not showing next to your username. Check it by clicking Planet Auran, then Serial Number, then scroll down the page. Shane
