Need help with FTP download trouble

Does anyone else have my trouble. 90% of the time when I download with FTP I get "Unable to find required username tag in package", then when I click on OK, It tells me that there are no package details.
HELP.

FTP download trouble

sure do for past two months have got Unable to find required username tag

on all FTP from DLS. hope someone can let us know what going on!!!

also a couple days ago can't log into the dls, can log into the forum ok some how the dls will not ok my password and I can't get in my profile

Think isaw a post about this some time ago. It has something to do with loder content not having a tag and new content has the username tag. It should still install into the game without problems.
