Need Help Please

I have unsinstalled my trs2006 from my home computer some time ago because it was$ slow, now that i have a laptop i instlled it again, then i tried to access Content Manager Plus and it show this error ««Unable to register Trainz URL registry key»», what can i do to mend this situation.
