Need help making something

Hello. I need some help building something. I need help making a telegraph line like this

Thats what I need the pole to look like. 15 wires. 15 insulators. I don't know how to use gmax. Please call it Telegraph BNSF/UP style 15 wires. Thanks! I hate gmax :n: It's too hard to use. Also how do I get a signature under the message?

unfortunatly, i am not very good at gmax either, but if you want a signature, go to user cp and click on edit signature

Hi Epa, The chances of finding a specific tutorial such as creating power lines in gMax are not good. The easiest way to learn any 3D program is to build basic models and work your way up from there. There's a lot of talk on these forums about the pros and cons of gMax and Blender, but gMax is a very old program and it's not supported any more. If you head over to the Trainz Resources Directory, you will find links to the gMax and Blender programs, both of which are free. You'll also find links to hundreds of tutorials (mostly Bender) and I strongly recommend the ones by by Neal Hirsig. He offers video and written tutorials with heaps of examples.
