NEC project

I am working on an NEC project to extend farejoint's route and merge it with the Philly to Wilmington TS12 route. Not sure if I will use farejoint's or weidenour's route from Balt to DC. Weidenour's is incomplete scenery wise but it has most track in and is more correct in relation to the real world track route, the DC end is more in line with the location of Union Station on a DEM. Farejoint's is way off at the DC end. If I used a Philly to Wilmington route from the DLS rather than the built in version and farejoint's and weidenour's routes with my own baseboards between Perryville, MD and Wilmington, would there be an issue with ever releasing it in the future? Or would I just have to keep it to myself? I want to eventually do other routes to Florida and to New London, CT. Those would be fishlipsatwork DEM and blank baseboards, no other routes involved. This project won't be too difficult, I only have to build about 30 miles of railroad myself and link them together, but the other routes I'll be starting from scratch. I do have Philly to Wash DEM but don't feel like building the entire lower NEC myself. I realize Amtrak and perhaps commuter operators are getting rid of the AEM-7's and its variants, due to their age, and replacing them with new Siemens units. The Siemens units aren't available yet on Trainz, but Train Sim by Dovetail has them and the NEC from Philly to NY and NY to New London. I found the Amtrak HHP-8's on a YouTube video page, the guy uploaded them to a download site. I had them before but lost them in a computer crash. I also have an unreleased SEPTA Silverliner IV.
