But I want to know how to make my route ready for Multiplayer. I think it would be a nice idea because the route is 330 miles long and i want to start the detail work in a few days. That means that i want to add all the Industries and sidings on the whole route
I've finished Washington-New London now and don't want to build it up to Boston in the next Weeks.

Impossible, unless you want to compromise realism in the scenery. The platforms and tracks are not available on the DLS and therefore cannot be included in a route destined for multiplay.
