my trainz login detail

i can't download msgsapper fast food assets/ keeps telling me to check my trainz login detail. whatever is that. i haven't a clue where this is even located. i did find out i still have 31 days of the fast ticket but no mytrainz.
anybody have this problem? this new to me

i just tried it again with success. maybe the powers to be fixed the problem.
