Trainz Plus doesn't recognize my login info

I can't open Trainz Plus. When I try to login, it doesn't recognize my information. I also can't download from the DLS. I've never had this issue before - it worked fine just a couple of days ago.
 
So what has happened during those last few days?

I am guessing you mean the MyTrainz Account info in the Trainz Settings - MyTrainz tab? Does the blue underlined link show your username or something else? When you enter your username and password are they same ones you are using for this forum?

There is always a short delay between entering that data and getting the response. What message do you get back? Does it indicate a problem with your details or with your internet connection?
 
My Trainz Plus subscription was renewed on December 4th. On the Trainz Plus launcher box when I go to "settings" "My Trainz" it say my connection is offline. I have no trouble getting into this forum, and when I use Trainz 19 everything is fine.
 
Here's a little more information: under "settings" "My Trainz" it tells me: "Unable to contact the MyTrainz server. Please check your internet connection is active and working. A valid MyTrainz account is required to access some online features, such as installing Download station content."
My internet connection is fine and as far as I know my MyTrainz account is valid. I'm perplexed!

Your Anti-virus is probably blocking your Trainz connection. Happens to many people.
Add an exception in your firewall for Trainz.
