I purchased Trainz about a month ago and gave it to my son for Christmas. I just installed it today and it will not open. I am running on a mac pro using 10.6.8.
Is there any standard procedure for obtaining tech support? Should I be able to count on eventually getting this to work or ask for a refund? Thank you for any help. I am completely green on this. Thanks.
