Hey guys, im just wondering if like i could post some of my drawings in this thread i have created.

Because ive drawn alot since the last actual Screenshots drawing one was closed.

Is it against the Code of Conduct to start this thread for myself?
If so please tell me and ill get rid of this thread.


Im just curious.

no i do not think it is against the code of conduct as everbosy has started a thread for a problem that they have been having. :D

I myself am also interested in looking at what you have created :D :D

Okay well im just going to wait for a Mod or someone important to reply.
If i am allowed, i dont know if tonnes of other people will start their own threads showing their drawings (It would be lots IMO)
If i am not allowed, then the mods can just delete the thread.
I love drawing and would like to share my creations with this nice community :)
 
It is a nice idea, but the moderators here don't like artistic expression and will go third reich on the thread for being off topic, and then will refuse to explain their decision no matter how many PMs you send them.

While I do respect the moderators here, I do not respect the decision to lock the last 3 artwork threads for being off topic. There are people here who have more of a life than TRS and are actually artistic. There was NOONE who was complaining about an artwork thread. Hell, there were people praising having an art thread, and were actually linking to it from other forums.

But anyway, I say post your artwork. At least let us see it before this thread is locked needlessly.

I think the reason these threads are getting locked all the time is way that they go way off topic.

At first, yes, but the last drawing thead was VERY on topic, and was discussing the drawings, while posting more, and it got locked.

The first two threads were locked for going off topic. Due to this, the decision was made that no more threads on this were to be allowed (since each time they are made, they go off topic). Due to this, the last two threads were locked. Especially when the second to last one went off topic in the first post (and had to be removed).

We were only locking it to prevent any further bannings of members because they would not stay on topic.

Of course, if you don't receive a reply from another mod, you can always PM me. Or send a ticket to the helpdesk about it.

As for this one, I'm willing to let it stay. However, the moment it goes off topic in any way it will be locked. Any further threads on this subject would also be locked. You have been given three warnings now.

Are others allowed to post here too, or are we supposed to start another, or what?
 
Im not speaking for anyone but myself, i think that everyone should/can post their Drawings here, and try their best not to go off topic, because lots of people have some skill here. And we would all love to see it.
 
Heres my picture of the NSWGR C38 - 3801.
I drew this one about like 4 months ago, put the paper in a special folder because i didnt want to crumple it :P

Well, I've done a lot of drawing since the thread's been gone. Here's my 2 latest. One was done on the computer, the other with pencil.

Nice :) How do you do them on the Computer like that? Just MS paint or?

Heres another one of mine, i do rough sketches, then erase most of it and use proper tools such as a ruler, compass etc:



How i do my pictures:
I draw them originally on A4 paper,
then scan and optimise them.
and host them on Imageshack.us
