Murchison 2 ; when restarting route and sessions disappeared

I , i bought Murchison 2
Installing was ok , but when i clicked driver , it took ages for " scanning for added asset files " ; its a standalone route without edit ; there are no assets to add.
Finaly it worked ; the route name(s) appeared ( standard and hi res ) and the scenarios names.
I did a part of a scenario and saved . When i restarted, the route name and the scenario names were gone .

It started again with " scanning for added, changed,...., asset files ".

I tried with diff scenarios ; every time i restarted the game the route and scenario info was gone ; when i wanted to continue the saved scenario , the game crashed.

How to solve this ?

Is it possible to add the route to TS 12, and to edit the route ( in my short first exploration , i saw a missing waterfall )

Sounds like two things have happened:

1.You are using Windows Vista,7,or 8, and are not running Trainz as administrator.
2.You have installed the addon as standalone.

To fix the first problem, see the thread in my signature.

To fix the second one, you will need to copy the .ja file from the addon's installation folder into <TS12 install folder>/Builtin, then add it's serial number into the Configure Trainz box, then run an extended database repair.

Are you running Win7? May need to run as administrator otherwise things don't save. Use the method described here: http://trainz.shaneturner.co.uk/tutorials/index.php?page=running-as-administrator

Plus there is a patch for Murchison here. http://forums.auran.com/trainz/show...l-patches-are-now-available&highlight=Patches

To add to TS12 copy the ja file from Murchisons builtin folder to TS12's builtin folder then add the Murchison serial number to TS12 in Launcher Options, same place as where you entered the TS12 serial number, then run an EDR if TS12 doesn't automatically run one on starting.
