Having the game registered to your account is the absolute minimum requirement. Notice that currently next to your name there is no version showing up where next to mine you do see game versions.

Make 105% sure you are using the same account and password you use there as on the forum as in game.
If you did register the game there already, contact the helpdesk (see link near the top of every forum page) and get it fixed. Note that the helpdesk only works during Australian office hours.

Have your TS12 patched to the latest build. For service packs, go here: http://www.auran.com/servicepacks/
Download and install adjacent numbers. So start with check your current build number (bottom right of the start-up window) and take it from there.
Please note that the latest patch can take a few hours to install; killing your virus tester will speed up the process a lot.
