Bought a Route on steam and it won't show up in my content In-game

Hello all

I recently bought the Pro-trainz Horseshoe curve route on steam like I do with all of my other dlcs. But this one won't show up in my game to download. I've never had this problem before and I just spent $40 on something I haven't been able to use in 2 days so I'm kind of miffed about it.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
I think you still need to download the content via the Content Store. Check the purchased tab.
 
Look for 2366 at the bottom of the purchase page. For some reason that has never been made clear to me. DLC bought on Steam doesn't show up by name but by number.

Not there. I don't know what's up with it. It's not even on the store page of the content manager. It's like they forgot to actually put it on there.
 
Then you will need to open a ticket with the helpdesk. Use the Support link in the menu at the top of this page.
 
I have experienced the exact same issue. I have gone around and around with Steam support and have gotten nowhere! I finally requested a refund and was told that I had played the DLC too many hours and based on their refund policy, they would not honor a refund. I've never gotten the DLC to download/install. I too will open a ticket with the help desk. Just wanted this to be posted for the record.
