Hello. I am having problems with a Multiple industry track. When i try to set it up by using the black plus sign to add assets I get this message.

ProductFilter.DoesAcceptProduct> null product

Stack dump:

function $bool@ProductFilter DoesAcceptProduct(Asset).Iine-1
function $string@MultiplelndustryNew::GetPropertyElementList(string), line 1736
I am running TRS2006 Thanks

Check your installed commodity assets for the following.

Missing Dependencies
Errors

Also, check if you happen to have the Lime product - this asset is for TS2009.

Depends on what the missing dependency is.

To check your commodities, you will need to do the following search in CMP:

Location:Local
Category:Commodity

Look for any that have ? or a red ! next to them.

If you do find any, and are not sure what to do, select them, right-click, then click Copy to Clipboard. They can then be pasted here.

Would it possible to phone you, I have a phone plan were i pay 4cents a min anywhere in the world. send me your phone # to my Email (goldwingse@shaw.ca) Then when we are done i will delete it ok

Sorry, but for personal reasons I do not give my phone number.

I may be able to help you out remotely though, using a program called Teamviewer.

Shane

This can be downloaded from http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/currentversion.aspx.

Use the QuickSupport option on the page (it's on the right-hand side, underneath the Remote Control heading)

Save the program to your desktop, then run it. If you are using Windows Vista or 7, you will get a User Account Control message.

Once done, it will give you an ID and password. Send these to me by Private Message.

I can then connect and see what's going on.

It's a secure connection, so no one else will be able to connect to the session.

Shane

EDIT: I see you already have Teamviewer now.

OK, can you send me the password that has now appeared on your system by Private Message, not a reply to this post (Private Messages can be accessed by using the Quick Links option above)

Also, please edit your post to remove your ID, as I have now copied it into my Teamviewer.

Shane
