MPH/MIN

Hello

In the centre of the speedometer on the Dash9s is a digital display showing mph/min. This varies with different throttle settings and changes as the train proceeds etc.

Could you please explain what this means, and any thing related to it.

The acceleration rate maybe.

I believe that it means if you keep the engine under the current conditions then that will be the speed in one minute. Like If you are on a huge grade with a heavy train and you are full throttle but still going slow, your MPH/MIN will be very low

It is the acceleration rate, the higher the number the faster you are accelerating, 0 means you at maintaining exact speed or slowing down.
