Most Useless Rolling Stock

What is your most useless piece of rolling stock?(Tenders do not count)
My contribution is the ng crummy. It looks like a shed on wheels, seriously.

For me it's probably the boatload of german stuff built in to TS2009/2010. I just don't run it, save maybe for the steamers. I do like the tank engines and such, like the big class44s and the 2-6-2 (can't think of her class--23 maybe?) but the diesels and the electrics, i just don't use it.

That's because that's exactly what it is. The reason it's called a crummy is because it's a really crummy place for the train crew to live in for months at a time. (Relatively speaking of course! :hehe: )

I'd have to say for myself it's any sort of specialized MoW equipment. Don't get me wrong, they're all lovely assets, it's just there isn't much utility at the moment for a steam crane and scrap gondola combo aside from spotting it on a siding somewhere and having it look nice. Maybe if they could be scripted to 'clean up' derailments.....

I hardly ever run ANY of the European stuff in TS 2010. Some of the steamers (The little 0-6-0Ts) have their wheels turning too fast! I really only use the TC3 stuff, especially the Gresley A3s.

Very true, And i've downloaded a few steamers where the wheels turn ridiculously slow in relation to how fast they're going. I really don't run any of the european equipment, save for the GWR and BR stuff i've been getting lately (you know what for:hehe.

I'm sure it wasn't the intention of the OP, But...

...this thread seems a bit mean spirited to me. Do you guys have anything on the DLS? Have you made any content, or reskinned any content? Each piece of railroading content is used for something; the NG Crummy was vital to the NG logging operations it served. Posting that it's useless to you is akin to posting what toothpaste you use, but the person who made that asset could take umbrage with your assessment.

I think it's fine to post what type of content you like, but when you get this specific it's a point of contention for creators. The creator who made the piece of content that you deem the most useless may also have made your favorite engine, have you thought of that?

This really isn't an overly appropriate thread. It may seem a bit of fun, but it can cause a lot of hurt to a content creator who spent many hours creating the object.

Please remember that every object takes time to create, and was created for one reason or another.

Be it to 'complete' a set, or to add some diversity to already available items. In some cases, the creator wanted that particular item...
