I think there should be more drivers because there is only about 20 or 30 and there aren't many US engineers and it would be nice to see more of them and more drivers as a whole.
In content manager, if you use location=Download Station, and category = driver, you will see additional drivers you can download, although I have not seen the need to do so I have not tried it.
As said before there are many to download either on the DLS or on thrid party site. Also its fairly simple, you can create your own drivers to be used.

You can also make yourself as a Driver, just clone one of the driver assets and replace it with your face and make it 64x64 .tga 24bit and name it the same name as the original one and save.
