Well, here is a rough....

Unfortunately, there will have to be two different monorails, orange and blue, in addition..... as for the window tints, i am clueless to how to apply the texture to them

You can remove the windows (if possible) and apply the texture over the spot of the window. and then make it a bit transparent

I do think that it looks a bit like the ones in tampa airport...has anyone ever made those elevator doors for trains similar to those at certain Jubilee stations (I think..)?

Westinghouse is actually a company that deals with braking and signaling equipment, they used to make the original APMs from about the 1970s to 1994, when they seem to of sold the whole lot to Adtranz.

Interestingly, the C-100 (predecessor) used to be able to be seen at Gatwick Airport, UK and Standsted Airport. Even more interestingly, the original CX-100s were just C-100s with tail lights. Thats an easy one to create thankfully.

But would it be possible to create a peoplemover/subway/train that, when it stops, the doors open at the same time as those atomatic sliding door-things-on-the-platform does? I think there are several of those all over the world (stations where the train track and platform are seperated by a series of doors identical in size with the train doors), I'm not sure if anyone has already made something like that but do you think it would be possible?

I like your analysis, but actually, its nether and it isn't based on the 378 stock either. It also doesn't have mainly longitude seating either.

The pic above however, should make it all clearer, it is essentially 3 Seattle CX-100's with the B ends cut off on all cars and the A ends cut off on the centre car. Believe it or not, thats exactly how I made it!

Ah, I do have to mention, the main reason for the above analysis is that the overall picture you posted a while back showed something which looked awfully like London Overground stock. Though I have to ponder, do the cars you revealed in the quoted post actually come in any form of corporate livery? I find that all-over advertising ghastly!

I don't think so, they are personal skins really and I never intend to release the objects with development skins as it is.

Personally, I like having an individual fleet, so that means all over advertising and different liveries as it gives an individual feel, like a wrongly coloured door on an EPB will. (Oh wait, that must be 5424... for example.)

Yes, with scripting, honestly, don't ask me how to do that, I have no idea. The thing you have to do, is at the time the train stops, check its docking distance then open the doors.

I know! He has already released some cars on his website. The cars you see in florida and Westinghouse etc. are called people movers, because they have no driver. They are really cool looking

I'm not sure if it will be released, many of the hang ups with the skin Im not sure how to fix, so I may release it as a rough cut, or just not at all. At the moment, Im looking into taking down my website, and joining with another content site; looking to find someone willing to host my content and give me a page.

I strongly suggest you keep your site -- Even if join another content site, etc, at least your current site now, it's yours and it details your current project, plus you have had that site for so long now that everyone knows about it!!

Don't take your site down. I personally like the way it's set up.

I Like the site too, Its a matter of host space. I just do not have enough storage space for the CDPs. In fact, that is what is holding up me releasing the WDW MKVII skins, I dont have enough space to put them up (Im not sure Im willing to shell out money to get greater storage for things im only giving away as freeware)...... Im open to suggestions for solutions though.
