Misspelled username

After registering to create a Trainz account to go with TRS 2019 that I purchased from Steam, I was having login troubles, and shortly after that discovered that I had misspelled my username in the registration. Am I allowed to change it or do I have to create an entirely different account instead?

Your username that you create on My Trainz is also your product registration. A new account won't have any product registered to it.

User KTain had the same issue, it was supposed to be KTrain. He has lived with the typo for a long time.
