Missing Tool Bar on Content Manager v2.0

I purchased TS2009 some time ago but only recently installed on my PC. When I opened Content Manager v2.0, I noticed it is missing
1. Tool Bar
2. Ticket Status Bar
3. Network Speed Bar
The don't appear in the menu when I click on View and can't seem to 'uncover' them anywhere. Can anyone help with where I might find them? I may not have even noticed had I not been a long time Trainz user (TRS2004 and TRS 2006) so am familiar with the functioning/appearance of Content Manager. Otherwise, TS2009 seems to work fine. HELP!! I did a full delete and reinstall but it made no difference.

The toolbar from CMP in TRS2006 is not included with TS2009's CM2. There are no options for bringing it back in CM2.
