Missing purchased dependencies

Hi, I purchased the North American version of TS2019. When I installed the included content, to my surprise some of the content was missing dependencies (all the routes were fine though). The 3DZ content, Simms coil car and a couple others. Mostly for rolling stock, locomotives.

Is this a known issue? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Tried searching with the local search and the google site search. Did not find a relevant topic.

There are two ways around this. One is to contact the helpdesk and wait for a response, the other is to copy the package folders from your old computer and transfer to the new one and run a DBR afterwards. A full listing of package numbers is in the TrainzWiki. I had a similar issue with the new Bairnsdale route and copying it across from a good one fixed it. Older DLC is in folders, newer ones are tzarc files.

That usually works, but with the same route the previous version worked fine until I received an upgrade to the route. When that occurred, I ended up with the missing grass due to a version issue with the library, which everyone tells me is my problem. I've since given up trying to explain the problem and will probably end up removing the route. I can't be bothered.

A fresh install contains no missing content.

If you only have the North American version, but have purchased sessions from 3DZug they generally require Niddertalbahn which is part of the European Edition.
