Missing dependencies from SP2 after Reinstalling TRS19 SP4

The external hard drive that I had TRS19 SP4 was on failed and I had to purchase a new external hard drive. This has resulted in me reinstalling all my content on the new hard drive, and I'm missing some dependencies that apparently were included in TRS19 SP2. They are required for:
Approach_medium's Dayton & Troy Electric Railway (<kuid2:303612:63:1> and <kuid2:303612:49:1>)
Jointed Rail's Monongahela & Western Pennsylvania (<kuid2:303612:55:1>)
Ocemy's KS81 Di3a (<kuid:-25:994> and <kuid:-25:995>)
Auran/N3V's Pullman Paul A Bert (<kuid:523:19723381>)
Auran/N3V's T&WLR TO (<kuid:523:19723378>)
Auran/N3V's DSFX FA1 (<kuid:-25:981> and <kuid:-25:983>)
How do I get these missing dependencies?

I've already downloaded and installed that DLC, but those assets didn't download and install. What do I do now?

Uninstall sc491 and reinstall.

I found <kuid2:303612:49:1> from a polish forum. just use CRTL+F and go to the second instance of the kuid on the webpage.
