Have you tried the right-click "List asset versions"?

<kuid2:605579:100422:14> "Shortline Railroad - TRS19" and associated sessions do show up in the "Out of Date" filter. If I click "List Asset Versions", the latest is :16 (yours) but it can't be updated from CM ("This asset is payware DLC and is not available via the Download Station."). In the Content Store there is no "Update" button. Deleting and reinstalling doesn't solve the issue.

<kuid:378673:110103> RR Crossbuck 3 Tracks - Shows as modified for me, but no indication in the config.txt where it came from. It is by up8328 if that helps anyone.

<kuid:276266:100371> Red Light - General by ocemy shows as built-in to my TRS19PE build #117009.
Those are the only ones I have. Thomas dependencies are always a hassle to find.

for 2019 ends with 3

I have a missing version of a dependency: <kuid2:45324:24006:3>

From my own research, <kuid2:45324:24006:2> is "Safetran NS Signal dwarf" for TS2009 by norfolksouthern37, who is currently a part of Jointed Rail. I'm thinking version 3 is in Jointed Rail content but I haven't been able to find it. Help please?

No problem for me. If it warns on the download it may be because it is not SSL, then you have to select "Keep" and "Keep Anyway".

Thankyou Forester1; Unfortunately my A/V throws up a "Plishering" warning for that site & my A/V blocks me from accessing it. Bugger!!!

I'm hoping the kuids are either on another website, or I'm able to fine someone that has them and is prepared to bend the rules alittle and send them too me. I have over 180+ 3ft NG (36in) loco's & rolling stock, so maybe there might be a few kuids they are after. Please note; All of my 3ft NG loco's & rolling stock content is either from the DLS, or is freely avaliable from 3rd party sites. (No payware) Thanks...

Maybe you could check with your AV support? I think the site is clean. I was able to download without triggering Windows Defender and it is usually fairly persnickety.
