You should go back to the site where your sourced these assets and have a good look for dependency packs.

Find out what this one is by looking in the config.txt file, and replace it with any other asset of the same type.

If I recall correctly, it is the SI3D Diesle Engine Spec. And BTW, please register your trainz copy here: https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php
