Missing dependency not found on Google

I'm missing this dependency for one of mcguirel's routes: <kuid2:45324:24407:1> is missing. I tried Google'ing it, but it's not there. Does anyone know where I can find this asset?

Doesn't appear to be, or at any rate neither CM3.3 nor the black pages can find it.
