Missing Dependencies but also NOT...

I've recently fixed an issue that was preventing me from using TS2006 with my computer. Now I can freely import and install content, but none of it is showing up... I have Robin Hood's Surfliner F59PHI installed, and all of its dependencies are accounted for. However, it still says that it's missing dependencies. It's in the railyard, but there is no image and it doesn't show up when I attempt to place it in Surveyor. I AM using the 04-06 version. None of the BBL surfliner cars are showing up either. They aren't even on the list in surveyor. I could really use some help here...

Alright I got the locomotive and all of the cars except for the cab car to show up ingame. I'm also having this problem with various other locos and rolling stock, though.

If there are broken dependencies, the asset will not show up in the game. Check CM for errors. The asset will have a red gear-type object showing broken dependencies. Right-click on the asset to view the dependencies and anything with a red ! will be the asset that needs to be repaired.

Once these items are repaired, the full asset will show up in Railyard and in Surveyor.

After doing nothing but leaving the railyard and reopening it, the Cab car, missing ES44ACs and a full set of 20,800 gallon tank cars all appeared when they had not been rendered before. I don't know WHY, but I'm certainly not complaining.

I wouldn't complain either.

I wonder though what may have been the problem.

I wonder too, but I don't have any explanation to even begin with...
