min problem

Hi . I,ve just tried to use M.I.N for the first time. read all the instructions.
When I tried to put products in the queue the box came up blank. The rbr version does the same thing. A rolling stock item brings up the entire range of products but the min won,t. Is there something else I,m missing. I have gatx stock on the layout but it doesn,t find it. 2009 sp1 in use.

Hmmm. Mayby I,ve got a big min problem. Okay no worries. I,ll just use the other type of industry. Come to think of it, does anything else do the same as the MI and MIN?

I can't speak for TS2009 as I don't own it (and from an outsider's view it seems everything is broken in it) but as far as the MIN is concerned, did you look at the tutorials that Aussienightcrawler wrote on how to set them up? They definitely work in TRS2004 when operated according to the method in the tutorials.

Hi dino. Nice name. hope you don,t mind me shortening it. Yes the tutorial I read was from from the source you noted. I think this is one for helpdesk because I can,t renew it from the d/l station. One strange thing, if I fire up a layout where the MIN is already setup, It shows those products Ok and I can load them OK. I think it maybe is 2009 not seeing the product list for some reason.

Hi,

If there are products already shown in the M.I.N then it has been already setup to use those products, not sure if it can be changed with deleting the products and starting again.

Use a builtin M.I.N so you can configure the products you want.
