Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Warning?

When I'm using content manger 3.7 for Trainz 12 Keep getting a warning/error message with the following.

Runtime Error!

Program: C\progoram files\n3v games\ts12\bin\trainzutil.exe

R6025
- pure virtual function call

Can someone please, explain what this and how I or anyone could possible fix this error?

By using the control panel, open programs and features.
Check to see if you have the C++ version 9.0.30729.6161.
As far as I know that's the latest one.
