Message to Auran re uploading

I hope that somebody from Auran will reply to this and won't just get the usual uninformed responses. Have just tried twice to upload a route unsuccessfully, via DL cart. No notice upload successful, nothing is shown in waiting area. Went through this earlier in the year, took 5 or 6 tries each to upload 2 routes. I had hoped that there would have been some improvement by now. Guess not. As this route and another I want to upload are updates of the previous 2 there isn't any point sending them elsewhere. The only reliable alternative seems to be to post the routes to Auran on CD. Any future route might be sent to TPR perhaps if Auran can't do better. Seems Auran would like routes available, but can't provide reliable uploading for files of over 20mb.

Tried later twice also without any luck. Just when can folk expect to upload. This wasn't a weekend or public holiday. Don't expect any answer from Auran either.

We have tested the systems here and all seems to be in working order. It does take quite a while to upload a large asset and the time is also dependent on your connection speed and how busy the server is at the time of your upload.

You say "No notice upload successful, nothing is shown in waiting area." This would indicate that the upload did not finish. Are you uploading through Planet Auran or CMP? What errors ar you getting?

I suggest that you send a ticket to www.auran.com/helpdesk with a step by step description of what you are doing and what errors you are getting. Include information such as your connection speed etc.

This is as informed as I can get without knowing all the details.

Thanks for the reply. Uploaded via Planet Auran. 1st 2 times before 8am, other times 10.30am and 1.30pm, Brisbane time. Opened Citizens Online all times. Uploaded with Optus broadband, not sure of exact speed. After about 15-20 minutes the display returned to "Upload Content". No errors shown at all. Have sent details to Help Desk.
