When I choose Drive To: I get the message "Caching menu options, please wait". Waited at least 5 minutes with no luck. Any suggestions?

It's a bug which will be fixed in the upcoming, at some point in the future, SP2 HF1.

You can try deleting missing assets in Surveyor session editor, but that doesn't seem to work. I did both route and session and there was no fix.

Thanks JCitron, I guess I'll have to wait for the fix to be issued. Very annoying. Didn't know how much I used it until I couldn't.
