Not directly. You need to purchase and install Bootcamp once that is installed, you need to purchase and install Windows 7 (or XP). Then it will work.

Slight correction, Bootcamp comes with OSX if you have versions 10.5 (Leopard) or 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
