Lublin - Dorohusk

@zieba111
I have looked at all your screenshots and youtube videos and I congratulate you on producing such a superb map. You must have spent countless hours working on it and I will certainly be downloading it if you make it available.

Very well done,

Scottish

Oh yes, sir, I can. Thanks for your attendance.
Your informations aboute the route itself are very well compiled.
I should have asked another way....
:)

What are daily traffic patterns and such?
What goes on, such things.

I might have overlooked that if you wrote something about that already.
If so, its my fault and I beg your pardon then.

Cheers from germany.

OK, this is one of the main lines in Poland. This is part of the big line No 7 from Warsaw to Dorohusk and further to Kiev.

LW Bogdanka (carrier) carry coal on its own railway from Puchaczów the Jaszczów. Next ride these trains with the same carrier, or with others (like DB Schenker, CTL, PKP CARGO).
PKP Cargo carry coal to power plants in Swidnik and cement plants in Rejowiec and Chelm. From cement plants is transported back cement (bulk or in bags).
Some of the trains going to the terminals in Chelm, Brzeźno and Dorohusk, where they take brought charge of the Russian and Ukrainian trains.
We also have many other, smaller holds in Chelm and Lublin.
Most REGIO trains rides in relation Chelm - Lublin, Chelm - Deblin or Dorohusk - Lublin. Nearly all fast and express trains arriving from different parts of Poland run ends in Lublin. Only two or three fast trains are going to Chelm, or to Kiev.
In terms of traffic volume, it is 30 to 50 trains a day on all line.
I try to show everyone normal day in this line on all my movies. You have to see. Then You will really feel this route :D

There is also instruction of polish signalling: http://terespolrewidenttaboru.republika.pl/Instrukcje/kodowane/instrukcja_Ie1_E1_00013.html You can translate in google translator. I think it would be helpful.

And finally, I wanted to show off the work on the session. I hope that there would be more:

That's why we need to extend the deadline for publication of this route - to 07-03-2012

I hope you will understand the delay, because it's really worth it!

It does look awesome, but I have a feeling the many of those who download it, without a similar specification computer, won't be able to run it.

I don't understand that concept as the map is being uploaded NOW, but if you are correct then let it be uploaded in the future.

Ok, here is the specification of the computer on which the author builds this map (Jamal forgive):
Intel Quad Core i5-750
ATI Radeon HD5770 1GB GDDR5
RAM 2x2GB 1333MHz
Windows 7
This is not a new supercomputer from NASA, just a regular machine which already has many of us (even better).

drstrach has a right. With this configuration I made 60 films from this map using Fraps, with plenty of rolling stock and had no less than 30fps. Just look yourself:

Idon't recall saying it was, just the fact that some people who download the route will have a problem. I won't as my computer exceeds the specs, but I know some who have far less. Hey, who am I stop them downloading - actually I'm not.

Wow... exactly the same specs as my PC... so it should run nicely... that's good news :Y:

Cheers - Brian

It would be great if one was with passenger service. Can you make it?
Yes, but this pack contain only specyfic carrier: LW Bogdanka. I will made passenger sessions but on March.
I think to prepare about 20 sessions for this route, but it will takes me a few months.
