Hi,
I come here to speak about a friend's problem.
He bought TS 2010 few months ago and unfortunately his hard disk died last week.
After he bought a new one and reinstall the game, he realized that he lost his password about his planet auran account.
Then, now he can't access to this forum (that's why he asked to me to go here instead of him), to the download station and to download content with the Content Manager.
He can't access to his email too because he lost his email password too.
So, is there a solution for him ?
Is it possible to receive his planet auran information to a new email ? Or create a new account with the same TS 2010 ID ?
