I looking for someing that can open texture file and IM file so i can repaint more cars & locos

I'm getting bored with defalts train wont to do more but i do not have the programs to open these tip of files.

No need to 'open' IM files

No need to 'open' IM files to repaint (infact opening IM files is frowned upon by one and all). PSP or Photoshop should work fine for texture files.
