Don't want to be a pest,
PEV's AssetX has a "Add Passenger Queue" in the Tools menu.
Ok Ive done what I can here.

Did you check to see if there are any release notes with the cars? Sometimes there will be and will have permissions included.
When you download them for use in Trainz 12, the 'Content Manager' (or CM as it's often called) will pop up. This can be accessed by selecting 'content' when the 'Launcher' comes up.
If a yellow '!' shows up, it'll work without any problems. If it shows a red '!', It cannot be used. You can tell when you are in Surveyor and look at the trains; When you look at the trains it'll show the name of the car, but the name is shown in red, which means it cannot be used. If you download it and get a red '!', you need to highlight it, right click and select 'View Errors and Warnings'. Errors are marked with a red circle with a white 'x' in it. These are the ones you need to worry about. Warnings are marked with a yellow triangle and a black '!' in it; don't worry about these. There's probably a thread about problems with Magicland's content on the Discussion Forums, so find it and read the posts. The posts could help you out.
I also must point out that his Daylight passenger cars will not load and unload passengers, but if you want to make it haul passengers, there should be a thread about that too.
I clicked 'reply' instead 'reply with quote', for that post was for speedbumptrucker1. I noticed that he had just joined and I had problems with the Daylight passenger cars, so I wanted to let him know what to do when that red '!' appeared in the CM if he downloads them. My bad.I know all this, I am trying to get him to fix the assets or get permission to do it myself. After looking at the assets he has no license and friends have said he has not been seen for about a year.
Thanks
