I don't see anything wrong with posting another person's name, but I am concerned by what has been happening further up the thread (which I am trying to stay out of, but feel that things are likely to go downhill).

I agree they should do it, but that's not what I'm attempting to do. I'm just advising them that N3V have decided to take a harder stance (understandably) on issues like what is shown above. If anything, what is shown further up is likely to be a bigger issue than me trying to help them not end up in bigger problems.

If others see it differently, then I apologise. I'm simply trying to reduce the chance of members being blocked for something that they could have avoided.

An issue that was just resolved. Thanks for helping H222 and I put it on the watch list, seeing on how this thread may be closed thanks to our earlier actions, even though a majority of it rests on myself.

I'm not sure you can tell people that you're not impatient, it's their opinion of you

I'm not interested in Conrail, nor Michigan Railroading.

Thank you for your response. I apologise to any members who feel that I may have been impersonating or being pushy, but it's in the best interests of members to keep things friendly so that less bans have to be issued by the moderators. I realise it may affect my standing here, but I am simply trying to help, although it seems that my help has been misinterpreted as impersonation/pushiness.

I know what you mean. Unfortunately, the issue started before anyone could have done anything about it (post #3), so it was effectively doomed from the start. I haven't said that posting someone's name is a problem anyway.

Well, this is why I am correcting the issue right here, right now. I don't intend for this thread to be locked, but if it results in that, sobeit. Yes, there was an issue, but it is going uphill rather than down. If they do lock it, I'll open another one, and have all of these suggestions implemented for a cleaner, nicer, and neater thread than what has taken place here.

Alright, that BLOODY FRICKING DOES IT.

Apparently nobody except a few people can get past their selfishness and blindness to others needs in order to help somebody who is looking for some people to work together with to create good content for the trainz community. Sure, you can still apply. What in gods name happened to the forums where people helped each other and worked together? Now this community has put itself into a nose dive and this attitude towards other members is going down run us into the ground. As said before, you can still apply, but I'm madder than mad right now because some users think its ok to ignore a request for a team.

Please, keep things clean guys. I'm locking this, as it's really gotten out of hand. Please keep Tony's recent post in mind, as we will be cracking down on inappropriate behavior.

As we have stated many times, if you feel a post is inappropriate, then please report it. It is not appropriate to attack other members. Attempting to act like a moderator is not appropriate either, as many times this will cause issues.

Do not expect people to reply to your thread in a couple of hours. If a person is not interested, then they generally will not post. If someone is, then they will, but they may not log in for an hour, 6 hours, or 6 days after you posted. There is no need to get upset when no one replies to your thread immediately. Your posts do show a lot of impatience, and will have turned many people away from becoming involved in your group.

As a note, generally the best way to get a new group of the ground is to get the project started yourself. If you can show some content/work, then others might be more interested in joining, if they are interested in your project.
