Looking for CSX F7A+B High details

jointed rail has a f7 a and b reskin kit on their site. there used to be some csx f7s but i can't remember who did them. no ever did the passenger cars for the csx so having the engines is kinda useless.

CSX owned two or three ex CRR F7s in the 80's, 90's, and very early 2000's, they were basically like the F40s

No, I believe you. Just hard to believe they survived that long. I've never seen them here in Alabama.

they went from CRR-(i dont know what happened between that and CSX) got YN1, YN2, Potomac eagle patch, Potomac eagle blue, they did a B&O scheme on the eagle and one of them became CRR 800. That isnt the first time CSX used F7s though, in 1980 if i remember correct, Chessie (at that point kinda CSX) used two ex WM F7s to pull excursions. They would bite the dust later that year and were scrapped at the cumberland shops along with all the former WM alcos except for like two. CSX has always done OCS operations, just weren't too popular. Heck, CSX has had an OCS longer than NS.

One of the F7B units, CSX #119 is preserved at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum along with either Clinchfield F7A #821 or Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis F7A #821. Both are privately owned and the F7B is still in YN2 colors.
