BTW: I was asked "what else I have up my sleeve" and I had an idea tonight. If all goes well, it will be something that will make a train seem to fade into the shadows entering a tunnel - even if shadows are turned off. (It will only work if you are outside watching it go in - my true motivation is to obscure the vanishing and appearing cars in a Portal.)

Sunday is a no-trainz day, but I might get to it Monday....

Speaking of tunnels, I'm in need of one.
So Sunday is a no trainz day? Saturdays and Sundays are all prime Trainz time for me.
I just woke up and I need to get to some vote counting!
 
Well with 12 vote in there are 6 names on the board. There's a few folks whom haven't voted as of yet and it's important to wait for them because it too darn close to call!
 
There is a tie for 1st place with 2 votes to go...

We may need a vote for the a tie breaker...I hope we won't have to do that though. :eek: It's slowing down the wheels of progress.
 
Well, here is where we stand at this point. We have 1 more voter to vote, the top two names are tied with 4 votes each. If PWeiser votes for one of those two name, we have a winner. If he doesn't...well, I'm open for suggestions.
 
Even if there the remaining voter votes for one of the two leading names, I think there should be a run-off vote, eliminating those that were tied for last place.

Hi Scott,

In case of a tie I have two suggestions that could solve the problem. The first is the obvious: have a runoff vote between the two. The other is easier and saves time, especially on a business day. Select one of the Major League ball clubs that is playing a game tomorrow, April 8. If that team scores a 0 or an even number of runs, name A wins. If that team scores an odd number of runs, name B wins. You can find a list of teams playing tomorrow here https://www.google.com/#hl=en&gs_rn...16,d.b2I&fp=de2a6ee2d9e31ee1&biw=1600&bih=844. But you would have to send an email to all voting members announcing your selection of the team before the games start for reasons of credibility.

Actually, there is 7 names on the list, the top two have 4 votes each, while the 3rd place has 2 votes and the rest of the names on the list has 1 vote each.
 
This is becoming a parliamentary election with the runoffs and selection process. Are we going to choose a new name every 5 months to keep up the tradition? :)

I'll go along with whatever everyone else wants. I'm not picky. :)

Yeah, Sunday and Monday my lady is off work, so all day is spent with her. :D The rest of the week, well I'm retired I guess so I have most of the day to Trainz.
 
Just finished filing Fed & State Tax returns via internet. With that off my mind I'm ready to get back into Trainz mode. Looking forward to finding out what we call ourselves. If it's a tie are we gonna have a runnoff for the top two?

I'm with Pencil and John on this, just choose the one you like best. The weekend is past so voting is over and whether I become a hobo or an associate - just guessing those are the two choices left - I don't mind one bit. ;)

Vacationing with family, don't have constant internet access, sorry!

I favor 'Yesterdayz Trainz.' Has a good sound, IMHO, and the 'dayz' fragment suggests mental state after emerging from a tough Blender session.
