Long Island Rail Road - C3 Coaches and DE30ACs Not Available?

Recently, I've been downloading some Long Island Rail Road locomotives and multiple units, but for some reason, I have yet to find any double-decker C3 class coaches or EMD DE30AC/DM30AC locomotives anywhere, be it on the Download Station or via third-party websites. Is there some way to find these pieces of rolling stock or have there just never been assets of these engines and cars?
