Logging (wood) Problems

My frustration is very high.

Logging Yard problems: tried two different Logging Yards Both intermittently fail to load the last of three logging cars.
US Logging and PU logging were tried. Reinstall and they work for a few test cycles. I never had this with TRS2019.

I never had this problem with TRS2019. Unfortunately, I moved my work to TRS2022 which prevents a return of that work product to TRS2019. I was going to report the problem but the Help Desk appears to not be the place to do that.

Often you are in the wrong layer like the industry is on layer A but you are on layer C trying to change something attached to the asset on A.

I know, written in Geek just like many error-messages. I saw one the other day that had the $ string prefix. I can't remember what it was, and I didn't bother to write it up. I reported it before, and it wasn't fixed then.

The parent is the fixed track object. You get that when you attempt to delete an attached track if you click on the fixed track object rather than the attached spline.

If it is intermittent, then the challenge is to figure out what has changed since the time when it worked last.

1. Are there any differences in any of the cars?
2. Do they support loading logs?
3. Is there sufficient stock in the industry to load all the cars?
4. What actually happens? Does the train continue on to the next command?

Well, I found the solution to reliable Log Processing. With many years using Trainz I never adjusted the production or consumption values of operating industries. BUT because my between-test intervals were short the logging and sawmill operations did not have time to recover to their static condition. During a real-time simulation the initial values were ok.
Thanks for your patience.
