Lock Asset Height

My objects automatically adjust their height when I adjust the terrain underneath them. How do I lock their height so they won't adjust themselves on their own when I fiddle with the terrain?

There is no way to do that.

You have to move them up and down manualy by hand, using the adjust height tool. You can partially sink trees or raise trees, or place buildings on top of one another.
