I only use this computer for trainz, it says Total size 591GB, Free Space 463GB. I defrag every week.
I found the virtual memory but all it says is Initial size 2046MB, Maximum size 4092, so i'm not quite sure what your advice is here ? can you expand please.
I have nolog, and showkuids

Set the bin and max to 4095. Don't bother to defrag once a week once every three months should be fine. At 22% full you are well under 80% so ignore that bit.

Did you mean min and max to 4095 ? because I've set them both to 4092.

Gave it a run and loading time between different locos, scenes is 10 to 20 secs, however I found that if I switch between the same two locos after a couple of times the load is almost instant then if I go to another loco then return to the first its back to 10secs !!
My trainzoptions is set for keep particles and keep all resources at 1 is this correct ?
