Loading a Clean Install of TS12 on my new Desktop Computer--Serial Number

Hi all, well I've finally bought a new computer with Windows 7 Ultimate OS. For some reason, even though that I'm set up as the Administrator, I cannot get my TS12 Serial number to work on the set-up. I even did the the step that I did to load it on my other computer, that was typing the Serial number in note pad, then copy/paste in the Serial Number space in the TS12 Install. ( The Next Button doesn't light up to continue the install ) Anyway to fix this problem? Thanks in advance, -Robert-:wave:

Some users have reported that the Company box has to be filled in as well - also, make sure you include the dashes.

How I do this depends upon what I'm installing to. If I'm installing to a device which connects to the internet, I log into the Planet Auran website, find the page with my purchased content, and then cut and paste the serial number off of that page into the appropriate box. If the machine is not attached to the internet, I cut and paste the serial number out of the email (saved as a text file) I received from N3V providing the download links.

Tried running the setup as Administrator? not just from an admin account, Right Click > Run as Administrator, Win7 Admin account is next to useless now in many instances.

Success! It is now installing. I had to type the serial number in notepad, then past it into the box. Thanks Guys. -Robert-:wave:
