Can you lean out the window in cab view mode, you can do this in other sims and in real life but cannot find function for it ?

While in Trainz. Click on Main menu and settings.

There's a checkbox to enable internal camera --- the -intcam option we used to have in TS12.

This will allow this option to work with all locomotives unlike the alternative which is the option is available only for those locomotives that have that option available in their configs.

That will only work on specific locomotives which have that enabled in their configuration files as enabled by the content creator. If you want to do this on all locomotives look at your settings and enable the free internal camera.
